    El Quim De La Boqueria- as its name suggests -is located in Barcelona’s landmark public market, the Boqueria. The market’s history dates back several centuries, and it has become much more of a tourist destination than a market where locals shop for ingredients that comprise their daily meals.     I’d say that over the past decade or so, tapas has become synonymous with Spanish cuisine.
