Ethnic injustice in the age of multiculturalism

Day 11 – No single restaurant, just an observation… I can’t count the number of times I have read bloggers and yelpers and chowhounders lament the fact that there is a lack of authentic Japanese restaurants. They point out that most of the local Japanese restaurants are not Japanese-owned or Japanese-operated and are therefore not authentic.
